Edit UDT07 Links Dialog Box

Use the Edit Link option from the UDT07 Links tab of the UDT01 screen to add direct and wildcard links.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Administration menu, click Master Data > UDT01 > UDT07 Links > Edit Link.

Edit Link

Select Edit Link to bring up the Edit UDT07 Link dialog box.

Field	Description
UDT01	This non-editable field displays the current UDT01.
UDT07	This non-editable field displays the current UDT07.
Costpoint Company	This non-editable column displays the Costpoint company name for the UDT07. The column displays if you selected the Costpoint Multicompany check box in the Miscellaneous tab of the General Configuration screen.
Description	Update the description for this link.

Override

If you have selected the Use check box for Rate 1 or Rate 2 in the User-Defined Rates group box of the Miscellaneous tab of the Time Configuration screen, this group box will display one or both of the rate fields. The titles of the fields will be as defined in the Label field.

Field	Description
Rate 1	Enter the rate 1 rate that you wish to use for this UDT07 link. This field is available if you are calculating Rate 1. The range is "-99999999.99999" to "99999999.99999."

Field	Description
Rate 2	Enter the rate 2 rate that you wish to use for this UDT07 link. This field is available if you are calculating Rate 2. The range is "-99999999.99999" to "99999999.99999."
